Air Jordan 16

Air Jordan 16

After creating a long list of classics, Tinker Hatfield’s reign as the mastermind behind the Air Jordan numbered series had come to a sudden halt. The Air Jordan 16 was designed by Nike's Senior Footwear Designer Wilson Smith. Originally released in 2001, the shoe featured elements from earlier released, including a clear rubber sole and patent leather. What was unique about the shoe was the application of a shroud, which could be removed to reveal an entirely different look. This model was released with 4 different colorways and retailed for $160.
